Join us for an adventure in paradise to celebrate Hawaiian culture with authentic food, drinks, dance, and song. Kalua Pig will be cooked onsite in an imu – luau style.
Prizes for best Hawaiian attire – win tickets to the CATS 2012 show! Get your tickets early — Proceeds help fund the CATS (Community Asian Theater of the Sierra) Cultural Enrichment Program.
Welcome and socializing at 4pm
with music by Koa Young.
Hula entertainment at 5pm.

Traditional Menu includes:
Kalua pig (cooked in an imu), chicken long rice, poi fresh from Hawaii (try it!), sushi, grilled pineapple and veggies, fruit kabobs, Hawaiian meatballs, macaroni salad and green salad, haupia and other Hawaiian desserts, boiled peanuts, Hawaiian shave ice, and no-host wine, beer, mai tai and pina colada.
